ASHOKA STUPA
So stellen sie die künstlerisch einmalige Verbindung zwischen Architektur und Natur dar. In Anlehnung an diese historischen Stupas wollen wir in diesem Jahr eine ASHOKA STUPA auf dem Gelände des Pauenhofs errichten.
Der ehrwürdige Mönch Bhante Sujiva aus Malaysia hat sich bereit erklärt die Bepflanzung zu übernehmen. Etwa 50% der übrigen Finanzierung sind bereits gesichert. Nun suchen wir noch weitere Sponsoren und vor allem MITARBEITER zur Errichtung der Stupa.
Vom 18.6. – 26.6. 2011 findet das abschließende Arbeitsretreat statt. Aber auch vorher wird schon aktive Hilfe und finanzielle Unterstützung nötig sein. Wir freuen uns auf diese schöne Zusammenarbeit.

They are special within the Buddhist Iconography, as they are covered with grass.
This idea inspired us to build such a AHSOKA STUPA next to the other existing ones to create a beautiful
path of circumambulation in mindful walking. Ven Bhante Sujiva will donate the plants and will be with us a few days
at the last stage of construction (planting) from 18.6. to 26.6. 2011
